The iconic image of a typical Frenchwoman has been haunting women around the world for years. Perhaps this is the success of the “Emily in Paris” series, based on which Lancome brand decided to release its next limited edition collection.
In 2014, the perfume house Lancome unexpectedly bet on the promising actress Lily Collins, including her in the list of its ambassadors. As it turned out, the brand had already anticipated her high-profile success: last year, the star became super popular overnight, playing the lead role in the series “Emily in Paris”, telling about the life of a typical American woman in the French capital.
It didn’t take long for Lancome to team up with Netflix, the streaming service responsible for the show, to delight us with an incredibly beautiful makeup collection.
The Lancome x Emily In Paris collaboration will include five products. Among them, there are products already familiar to the brand’s fans, such as Idole fragrance, Advanced Genifique Serum, and Monsieur Big mascara, as well as three brand new shades of L’Absolu Rouge Lipstick and an eye shadow palette in the form of a big red heart.
The Love of Paris collection will be a limited edition and will be available in Europe in November, just in time for the second season release of “Emily in Paris,” which starts on Netflix on December 22.
